VISIONARY!

There are many things in life that a woman would hope to do-
And if she should do those things all of her dreams would come true!

But the world is full of evil schemers-
Who do all they can to crush the intelligent plans of a dreamer!

The gift of abundant life and prosperity we all desire-
Yet a woman needs inspiration to what she believe, if the gift she receives fail to inspire!

She moves through disintegration and pain, but find no reprieve-
Confused by the visions of pain and strife, visions of beauty and life!

Well in whose hands does the fate of woman lye?
Is it only that she has failed to understand the reasons why?

Will she live through today?
Can she from truth and love stray?

Visions of lies are deep within-
Yet visions of truth over shadowed her sins.

The straight and narrow path a woman must travel-
Or before her very eyes she will see her life unravel.

If abundant life she is to wisely choose-
Lacking godly wisdom, her life she will loose.

Visions of failure creeps in, for she went astray-
But visions of success will return if she would only pray.

If she could only rid her head and her heart of fear-
She would find her dreams starting to appear.

Much more clearly the beauty of life she will see-
As the power of God’s love set her free!

Visions of death her weapon, pills her evil builder-
Visions of life flow from the hope giver.

Now a virtuous woman goes on her way-
Being very careful of the things she think or say.

Integrity intact and understanding very high-
Wisdom, love peace, and joy are drawing nigh.
Visions of strength and beauty show her the way-
She travels the right path on her journey today.

Visions of lack are for those who deceive-
Yet visions of abundance are for those who in God believe!

We can see true beauty now-
As a virtuous woman let her love flow.

We can find a place without strife-
As her home is built upon a godly life.

Visions of war are for those full of hatred and blame-
But visions of peace are given to those who pray and do all in Jesus name!

Catch the vision-
Stop living a life full of indecision.

Keep the abundance of life I say-
For life is so dear and death is a terrible price to pay

For visions of hate flows through those who love to fight-
But visions of love flow through the hearts of those who love doing what is right!

Be a visionary!
Anything else is quite the contrary.

MY DAILY REFLECTION

Praise The Lord Saints,

In John 14:27 Jesus tells His disciples, “Peace I leave with you; My [own] peace I now give and even bestow to you. Not as the world gives, do I give this peace unto you. Do not let your hearts to be troubled, neither allow them to be afraid. [Stop permitting yourselves to be agitated and disturbed; and do not authorize yourselves to be fearful and intimidated and cowardly and unsettled.]”
Now in Philippians 1:28 Paul states, “And do not [for a moment be frightened or intimidated in anything by your opponents and adversaries, for such [constancy and fearlessness] will be a clear sign [proof and seal] to them of [their imminent and impending] destruction, but [a sure token and evidence] of your deliverance and salvation that is from God.”
I am reminded of the story of David and Goliath in 1 Samuel chapter 17, where Goliath was literally sarcastically sneering at them with his confrontational provocative remarks. In other words the Israelite army was being punk’d and laughed at, to add insult to injury. But, it was David (the shepherd boy) a Warrior of God who stood up boldly and questioned why an uncircumcised Philistine would come up against God’s army. David in my mind refused to be Punk’d. And we know how this story ends, David prevailed over the Philistine with a sling and just one of his five smooth stones, and smote him, and slew him, all without a sword in his hand or special battle gear on. This same David cut off the head of the Philistine (Goliath) with his own sword, and when the other Philistines saw that their great champion was dead, they fled like cowards. This is exactly what God wants us to do when it comes down to defeating Satan and his imps, cut their heads off and cause the rest the crew to flee like cowards.
“I refuse to get Punk’d by the enemy”. I am reminded of a show that comes on MTV where celebrities are placed in very stressful situations, in an attempt to break them, scare them, and utterly embarrass them on national television. Ironically, the show is called “Punk’d” and it is simply well thought out harmless pranks performed by others. For some reason, the word ‘Punk’d’ stood out in my mind and after reading 1 Samuel chapter 17 it was again confirmed and given to me to share. According to the show to ‘Punk someone’ refers to making someone else the victim of the show’s style of prank itself. Now I am sure you are asking what does this have to do with God, the Word, or anything else relevant? Well, too many times we as Christians are being Punk’d” by the enemy, and many of us cowardly take the abuse, as if there is nothing we can do about it.
Now lets take a look at the two scriptures I mentioned in the beginning. In the first scripture Jesus is speaking to His disciples, preparing them for His soon death and resurrection. He is preparing their hearts and minds for their forthcoming times of loneliness and isolation from Him. He is letting them know, now is the time when MY purpose is being fulfilled, and I will no longer walk on this earth with you. Jesus is so awesome, because He never leaves us hanging. He comforts them first by saying, the Father will send the Holy Spirit to you, to keep, to protect, to remind, and teach you. In verse 27 He tells them, Peace I leave with you, My peace I give you (the peace that surpasses all understanding, and keeps our hearts and minds in perfected immovability and unadulterated serenity). Then He gets passionate with them and says in so many words, Stop allowing yourselves to be so intimidated and fearful and helpless and overwhelmed and confused and disheartened and cowardly, some would say ‘wimpy’ but let me add ‘Punk’d. What is more, I hear Jesus saying, Buck up, roll up your shelves and be real men, become bold warriors of Christ and cause your enemy to flee. Jesus was/is warning His disciples (then and now) they have to stop allowing situations, circumstances, people, even themselves through problems, uncertainty, doubt, and fear defeat themselves.
And if that wasn’t enough Paul speaks from our second scripture and says that the reason why we can’t allow ourselves to be Punk’d by the enemy, is because we need the enemy to know that his sure destruction is coming soon. It is important that you know that your confidence and steadfastness in faith and boldness and courage is a definite sign and seal, and a everlasting stamp of God’s approval that the enemy will be defeated and you will continue to be more than a conqueror; the victor and not the victim! Therefore, my brothers and sisters, don’t you dare break under pressure. Don’t even think about collapsing under opposition. Don’t ever bend through the abuse to the point of no return. You stand, and having done all to stand, stand boldly and flat footed on the Word of God and triumphantly declare, I WILL NOT BE PUNK’D BY THE ENEMY, NOR WILL I BE INTIMIDATED BY THE ENEMY, HIS IMPS, HIS SERVANTS, HIS TACTICS, ANY CIRCUMSTANCE OR SITUATION!
We have to let the enemy know that he or she can no longer abuse us, mistreat us, manipulate us, deceive us, belittle us, control us, over look us, trample us, throw draggers in us, rape us, pimp us, fleece us, even ignore us any longer! Why? Because God has opened our spiritual eyes; so now we see their schemes, tactics, wicked devices, conning ways, and we will not be punk’d anymore!
I trust God with every aspect of my life and I won’t take that back for anything the enemy brings my way. God is looking for a few good warriors in His army. Are you one of the one’s He is looking for? Are you a David, a Joshua, a Esther, a Deborah, or even an Elijah? Somebody ought to make up in their minds today to become a bold warrior of Christ Jesus (cause the devil to shake in his boots and flee) and say unflinchingly and confidently, I refuse to be Punk’d!
